Job Summary

A life insurance company has an open position for a Remote Consumer Senior Product Designer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Partnering with both Design and Research leadership to evolve the user experience
• Driving the product development process with cross functional partner
• Managing executive stakeholders across engineering, product, marketing, and more

Required Skills:

• 4-5 years of in-house product design experience
• Mastery of visual design, interaction design, typography, and hierarchy
• Ability to reduce complex problems down to flexible and intuitive patterns
• Excellent communication (verbal, written, visual)
• An understanding of when to use the design process and when to shortcut it
• Extensive experience leading projects and process spanning insights, ideation and validation
