A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Contact Center Inside Sales Representative in Lehi.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Driving incremental sales through inbound (and some outbound) campaigns
• Assisting customers with website navigation, online checkout process, or technical issues
• Providing detailed notes and documentation for each customer interaction

Qualifications Include:

• One year inbound phone sales experience and two years total contact center experience
• Top-notch sales skills with a strong customer/relationship focus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment
• Stellar communication skills
• Superior computer and typing skills
• High School Diploma or GED
