Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center - Member Contact Center Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Contact Center to achieve organizational goals
  • Forecast and track call volume to optimize efficiency and meet service level agreements
  • Direct and develop staff, including performance monitoring and training plans

Required Qualifications:
  • At least three years of sales and service management experience
  • Experience in coaching member contact employees and managing call center operations
  • Financial institution experience and knowledge of compliance practices
  • General knowledge of computers with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • 2-year degree or equivalent experience in a related field
