Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center - Member Contact Center Manager - Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Contact Center to achieve organizational goals
- Forecast and track call volume to optimize efficiency and meet service level agreements
- Direct and develop staff, including performance monitoring and training plans
Required Qualifications:
- At least three years of sales and service management experience
- Experience in coaching member contact employees and managing call center operations
- Financial institution experience and knowledge of compliance practices
- General knowledge of computers with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- 2-year degree or equivalent experience in a related field
