A healthcare provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Contact Center Quality Assurance Specialist.

  • Develop and modify quality assurance monitoring forms and documents
  • Perform quality reviews of randomly selected telephone calls

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum of 4 years-Relevant experience
