Job Summary
A provider of digital transformation solutions has an open position for a Remote Contact Center Senior Project Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage day-to-day client interaction and expectations for multiple and/or large-scale projects
- Create detailed project plans, status reporting and managing issues/risks/actions
- Manage scope and mitigates risk across projects
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
- 12+ years as a hands-on Project Manager managing technical VAR implementation projects
- Project Management experience in Contact Center solutions
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and successfully drive projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience managing project financials and scheduling internal resources
