Job Summary

A provider of digital transformation solutions has an open position for a Remote Contact Center Senior Project Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Manage day-to-day client interaction and expectations for multiple and/or large-scale projects
  • Create detailed project plans, status reporting and managing issues/risks/actions
  • Manage scope and mitigates risk across projects

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
  • 12+ years as a hands-on Project Manager managing technical VAR implementation projects
  • Project Management experience in Contact Center solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and successfully drive projects
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience managing project financials and scheduling internal resources
