Job Summary
An information technology services provider has an open position for a Remote Contact Center Solutions Architect.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing presales activities
- Assisting in completing RFP, RFI, RFQ
- Performing technical presentations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5-10 years of contact center experience
- Experience with Cisco technologies
- Experience with H323, SIP, CUBE, SBCs, Amazon Connect, Twilio Flex
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Technical knowledge and consultative skills
