Job Summary

A nonprofit company is filling a position for a Remote Contact Center Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Actively monitoring and completing workqueues
  • Providing customer service by identifying and addressing customer needs
  • Meeting the performance goals

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 1 year experience with keyboarding, personal computer use, and other office setting equipment
  • 1 year of clerical, customer service, or administrative support experience in a highly customer-oriented organization
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
