A medical services company has a current position open for a Remote Contact Center Supervisor.

- Building management routines and disciplines
- Leading by observations and coaches in the moment
- Conducting and documenting coaching, annual reviews, live service observations and 1:1's.
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience dealing with crisis and ability to create processes that benefit the entire team
- Can type 35+ words per minute
- Data analysis skills and can report on center performance.
- Experience using Microsoft suite.
