Job Summary

A medical services company has a current position open for a Remote Contact Center Supervisor.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Building management routines and disciplines
  • Leading by observations and coaches in the moment
  • Conducting and documenting coaching, annual reviews, live service observations and 1:1's.

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Experience dealing with crisis and ability to create processes that benefit the entire team
  • Can type 35+ words per minute
  • Data analysis skills and can report on center performance.
  • Experience using Microsoft suite.
