Job Summary

A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Contact Tracer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Working in collaboration with the Case Investigator from the local health department
• Calling contacts of newly diagnosed cases.
• Communicating with contacts in a professional and empathetic manner

Required Skills:

• High school diploma, or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be a New Jersey State resident
• Ability to speak, read, and write English clearly and concisely
• Employment is contingent on completion of a background check
