Job Summary

A government organization is filling a position for a Remote Contact Tracer Supervisor.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Support calling cases of COVID-19 and collecting contact information
• Supervise 10 COVID Community Team units
• Support training and mentorship of all contact tracing teams

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelors' Degree or equivalent required
• Experience supervising teams in complex environments
• Ability to exhibit a professional, positive attitude, empathy, and strong work ethic
• Ability to show empathy to distressed individuals
• Ability to speak, read, and write English
