Job Summary

A consulting firm has a current position open for a Remote Contact Tracing Virtual Call Center Project Manager.

Must be able to:

• Manage virtual call center operation and supervise managers overseeing the team
• Manage all project deliverables and serve as the lead client contact for all issues
• Maintain adequate staffing to deliver consistent, timely and accurate service to customers

Qualifications Include:

• 5 years of related work experience in a related field
• Undergraduate degree
• Government operations and specifically Public Health experience preferred
• Masters degree and specifically Masters of Public Health preferred
