Job Summary

A content marketing company is in need of a Remote Content Marketing Recruiter.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Create and implement recruiting campaigns
• Provide exceptional support to applicants and hiring managers
• Assist the People Ops team with recruiting initiatives to build our world class team

Qualifications for this position include:

• 2+ years experience in recruiting (preferably remote and in-house)
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
• Experience recruiting creative roles (including writers, editors, marketers)
• A basic understanding of content marketing (particularly for B2B audiences)
• Exceptional organizational skills
