Crafting and/or refreshing a Standard Operating Procedure that serves to educate teams
Making recommendations as to Program efficiencies and opportunities
Reviewing all Program-related Policies and supporting them

Able to collaborate with all cross-functional teams/services
Able to ensure that there is an infrastructure to support the CWP
Able to seek to identify and recommend opportunities for program expansion
