Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Continuous Improvement and Accreditation Lead.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing day to day management, documentation and tracking the initial accreditation process
  • Performing ongoing process and documentation maintenance activities
  • Managing Patient Care clinical knowledge resources to support process adherence

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in healthcare setting (nursing or other clinical degree preferred)
  • Continuous process improvement leadership experience required
  • Data-driven decision maker with diplomatic yet direct problem-solving skills
  • Excellent skills in oral and written communication, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Outstanding attention to detail and organization
  • Must be effective and efficient working in a team environment
