Job Summary

An IT service management company is in need of a Remote Continuous Improvement Business Analyst.

Must be able to:

• Integrate quickly with functional leaders and counterparts
• Simplify, standardize, and globalize service and operations
• Lead complex, cross-functional, process design and process improvement efforts

Qualifications Include:

• Strong general management business background
• 7 years+ of relevant experience in continuous improvement management
• Experienced system thinker who understands how and when to apply technology to business functions
• BS/BA degree in Business, Finance, IT/Systems Engineering or equivalent
• Advanced analytical experience in the identification and execution of process improvement initiatives utilizing methodologies
