Job Summary
A non-profit health insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Continuous Improvement Lead II in Dayton.
Must be able to:
- Assist leaders in establishing appropriate metrics
- Facilitate meetings and improvement exercises as required to meet initiative objectives
- Perform and document upstream and downstream cross functional impact assessments of proposed changes
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience related to the responsibilities of the role is required
- Previous experience with quality or process standards (i.e. Six Sigma, LEAN, ISO, CMMI, etc.) is required
- Ability to create strong working relationships with others
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Familiarity with Visio
- Strong understanding ROI, risks and controls
