Job Summary
A full-service tax and law firm has a current position open for a Remote Continuous Improvement Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing training and support to current and new team members
- Reviewing team members productivity and performance
- Conducting weekly one-on-one meetings with team members
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum 5+ years experience in Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control management
- Minimum 5+ years of advanced phone skills to help improve client experience in a service business
- Extensive phone experience with dissatisfied customers
- Excellent computer skills - proficient with G Suite
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detailed oriented, hands-on, self-starter, enjoys leading projects and teams
