Job Summary

An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Continuous Improvement Project Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Helping the business to execute on improvement initiatives
  • Conducting targeted maturity assessments and gap analysis to inform roadmap prioritization and focus areas
  • Translating strategy and initiatives into actionable roadmaps to reshape the business

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years business process reengineering and improvement experience
  • Demonstrated practice in DMAIC and/or Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Highly analytical and comfortable working with data
  • Experience with CBA development
