Job Summary

A company offering a digital product design platform needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Contract Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Negotiate terms and conditions of a variety of agreements
• Maintain library of current template forms, negotiation playbook
• Act as general corporate support

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of relevant experience
• Excellent drafting, negotiating and analytical skills
• Ability to manage processes and drive projects to completion
• Ability to spot and analyze legal issues as they arise in negotiations
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines
