Job Summary

A student loan servicing company has an open position for a Remote Contract Operations Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Identifying, developing, and executing project plans
Identifying internal reporting needs for team
Building feedback loops with stakeholder business units

Skills and Requirements Include:

Bachelor’s in related field preferred (combination of education and experience may be substituted)
4 years prior work experience in a fast-paced business environment
2 years prior experience analyzing, developing, implementing and updating processes
Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint)
Business-to-business client service and project management experience
Experience with databases, CRM systems (Salesforce), and Adobe Acrobat
