Job Summary

A bank is in need of a Remote Contract Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Attracting, recruiting and selecting top talent for a wide variety of positions
• Fostering outstanding relationships with line of business managers and HR Business Partners
• Ensuring that recruiting, hiring practices and processes are in compliance with governmental regulations

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
• A combination of education, training or experience may meet job requirements
• 4 plus years of experience in staffing/recruiting practices, processes, principles, applications and methods
• Ability to source and assess strong and qualified candidates
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Ability to function effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
