Job Summary
An information technology staffing agency is seeking a Remote Contract Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Owning the full recruitment life cycle (identifying, attracting, assessing, & hiring)
- Designing, creating, and maintaining Talent Acquisition (TA) processes and systems enterprise wide
- Attracting diverse top talent through employer branding, social networking, employee referrals, campus recruiting, with a refined and professional, yet personal approach
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience recruiting for Creative talent
- 3+ years’ experience in a recruiting role at an enterprise level, preferably within an advertising agency setting
- Experience developing creative strategic/sourcing techniques to fill difficult positions, uncover passive candidates
- Advanced knowledge of recruiting best practices
