A staffing company is in need of a Remote Contract Recruiter in Evendale.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage the recruiting process
• Update ATS system on a continuous real-time basis
• Conduct Sourcing Campaigns/strategies

Required Skills:

• Ability to run hiring events
• 3-5 years recruiting experience
• Experience in Engineering Recruiting
• Ability to identify qualified talent from unique and creative sources
• Ability to evaluate need
