Job Summary

A laboratory services company has an open position for a Remote Contract Support Project Administrator in Los Angeles.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing support in all aspects of purchasing goods and services
  • Ensuring compliance with client policy and procedures
  • Managing requests for service, confirm budget availability, manage vendor cost tables, validate invoices and prepare reports as needed

Required Skills:

  • High level MS Office skills including Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Experience with SharePoint is required
  • Highly organized, ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in contract/ or vendor administration
