Job Summary

A legal staffing and recruitment firm has an open position for a Remote Contracts Associate Counsel Member.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Negotiating, writing and executing agreements and contracts
  • Offering counsel on a variety of legal compliance topics
  • Advising the company team on key risk and compliance issues

Required Skills:

  • Law degree (Juris Doctor) from an ABA accredited institution
  • Must have an active law license from ANY state
  • 5+ years of legal experience in a law firm and/or in-house
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Must be highly proficient with MS Office
