Job Summary
A marketing software company is in need of a Remote Contracts Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage contractual documents, prior and post deal closure
- Drive the contracting process
- Advise on risks of proposed commercial transactions
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience driving the contracting processing
- Experience with a demanding sales teams, especially during critical quarter close situations
- Minimum of 5 years supporting legal or contracts at an established technology company
- Responsive personality and willingness to work off hours as business demands
