Job Summary
A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Contracts Manager in San Francisco.
Must be able to:
- Prioritize, review, draft, negotiate, and process inbound, vendor, and contractor commercial agreements
- Support administration of our contracts management system
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of template agreements
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3-5 years of experience in a previous contracts management role
- Ability to issue spot in standard commercial contracts
- Self-starter with the ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to turn contracts around in 24-48hrs
