Job Summary

An internet company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Analyzing and obsessing over metrics, such as: conversion rate, user engagement, time-on-site, click through rate, etc
• Spearheading and iterating an overall optimization program for an entire site funnel
• Managing and optimizing site experience, landing pages, calls-to-action (CTAs), ad creative, and lead-generating forms

Position Requirements Include:

• Proficient with CRO analytics tools such as Optimizely, Hotjar, Visual Web Optimizer
• Strong understanding and experience with Google Tag Manager
• Five or more years of professional work experience in a related UX focused or optimization testing role
• Past experience with web analytics (specifically Google Analytics), A/B testing, and growth hacking
• Ability to recognize the need for continuous process improvement, provide creative solutions, and maintain awareness of trending industry strategies
• Deep knowledge of UX process such as customer journey mapping, user interviews, and persona development
