Job Summary

An IT company is in need of a Remote Corporate Accounting and Consolidations Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Executing and enhancing controls to ensure compliance with Company policy, U.S. GAAP, SEC requirements, etc
  • Managing the monthly consolidation of the Company’s global financial statements
  • Reviewing and approving accounting activity globally

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 8-12 years of experience in accounting/finance
  • Thorough US GAAP accounting and financial reporting knowledge
  • Supervisory experience in the financial reporting/general ledger/consolidations area of a public company
  • Demonstrated adherence to the highest standard of ethics
  • Strong presentation and project management skills required
