An analytics company is in need of a Remote Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney Editor and Content Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Speaking with and understanding customers to create better solutions, products, and services
- Engaging authors in your practice area, managing editorial requirements and author relationships
- Drafting and maintaining authoritative, accurate, up-to-date, market-leading, polished practical insights
Position Requirements Include:
- J.D. (or LL.M. with excellent English writing skills) from U.S. law school
- Minimum 5 years of relevant legal practice experience
- Subject matter expertise in mergers and acquisitions transactions and related practice areas
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, as well as Lexis
