Job Summary

A management services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Corporate Communications Specialist in Eagan.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Support the multifaceted work of the corporate client communications team
• Manage the review and approval process for assigned projects to obtain appropriate approval
• Manage and update email distribution lists for multiple audiences

Qualifications for this position include:

• Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• Bachelor’s in marketing, communications or related, or equivalent education and/or work experience
• HS diploma or GED
• 3 or more years of work experience in related marketing, corporate communications or agency roles
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
• Strong collaboration skills; ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders at all levels
