A cloud communications platform as a service company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Corporate Compensation Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Driving corporate compensation programs
  • Managing relationships with stakeholders, leaders, internal and external partners
  • Developing policies and processes

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of compensation experience
  • 5+ years in a management role
  • Experience with equity in a public-traded company with a strong compensation analytics background
  • Strong compensation analytics background
  • Experience leading programs and strong change management experience
