Job Summary

A research and consulting organization is in need of a Remote Corporate Development Financial Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Performing complex financial modelling and related valuation analyses
  • Developing and maintaining comparable transaction and trading metrics
  • Assisting in the standardization of deal process templates

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines
  • 2+ years of M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) work experience in investment banking
  • Comfortable with complex financial modelling and analyzing Financial Statements
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
