A financial services and technology company is seeking a Remote Corporate It Engineering Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Owning the IT Infrastructure portfolio and make sure the services we are delivering have the highest impact
- Managing, mentoring, and developing a team of experienced Software and Systems Engineers
- Ensuring that our services are robust, resilient, secure, and compliant
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years in a technical leadership role on an engineering or IT team
- Deep hands-on experience with software development, cloud infrastructure, IT services, networking, and security
- Experience leading an engineering team, including recruiting, mentoring, road mapping, and performance management
- Technical project management experience, including sprint planning and agile methodologies
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate business benefits, progress, and tradeoffs to all types of audiences
