Job Summary

A healthcare provider is seeking a Remote Corporate Medical Coder.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Assist with ensuring accurate coding of ICD-10-CM, PCS, CPT and HCPCS
• Work with all patient types

Qualifications for this position include:

• 5 years of hospital coding experience
• Inpatient, Outpatient and ASC coding experience required
• Demonstrated success in coding with consistent accuracy
• One or more of the following: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, COC, CPC
• Must have knowledge of multiple hospital information systems
• Experience with computers and coding software
