Job Summary

A mortgage lender and financer is in need of a Remote Corporate Mortgage Operations Branch Support Specialist in Denver.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Assisting in resolution of branch issues to include loan level problems and general questions
• Responding to emails sent to “Branch Support” email address, answering in a timely manner and ensuring individuals get the help they requested
• Directing emails to appropriate departments for resolving questions

Qualifications for this position include:

• High School diploma or equivalency degree
• 3+ years of mortgage industry experience
• Demonstrated experience reading and studying investor seller guides/Fannie and Freddie seller guides, including keeping up with bulletins
• Solid knowledge and understanding of customer service and interpersonal best practices
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of Fannie Mae DO/DU, Freddie Mac LP, and GUS
• Demonstrate Encompass Experience
