Job Summary
A mortgage lender and financer is in need of a Remote Corporate Mortgage Operations Branch Support Specialist in Denver.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assisting in resolution of branch issues to include loan level problems and general questions
- Responding to emails sent to “Branch Support” email address, answering in a timely manner and ensuring individuals get the help they requested
- Directing emails to appropriate departments for resolving questions
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School diploma or equivalency degree
- 3+ years of mortgage industry experience
- Demonstrated experience reading and studying investor seller guides/Fannie and Freddie seller guides, including keeping up with bulletins
- Solid knowledge and understanding of customer service and interpersonal best practices
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of Fannie Mae DO/DU, Freddie Mac LP, and GUS
- Demonstrate Encompass Experience
