Job Summary
A healthcare provider is filling a position for a Remote Corporate Optum360 Patient Access Operations Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and building consensus for facilitation of system and process standardization
- Analyze all current Patient Access processes, policies and procedures
- Provide input and direction into strategic plans, goals, objectives, and budgets as impacted by Patient Access activities
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel Yes, 25 % of the Time
- 5+ years in management role with Acute Care Facility Patient Access Department leadership experience
- Experience leading or participating in large Patient Access-related IT and/or Contact Center program implementation
- Proficiency with: Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Prior experience with the major Patient Access technologies currently in use, and/or other “like” systems
- All other requirements necessary for this position
