Job Summary

A healthcare provider is filling a position for a Remote Corporate Optum360 Patient Access Operations Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and building consensus for facilitation of system and process standardization
  • Analyze all current Patient Access processes, policies and procedures
  • Provide input and direction into strategic plans, goals, objectives, and budgets as impacted by Patient Access activities

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Travel Yes, 25 % of the Time
  • 5+ years in management role with Acute Care Facility Patient Access Department leadership experience
  • Experience leading or participating in large Patient Access-related IT and/or Contact Center program implementation
  • Proficiency with: Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Prior experience with the major Patient Access technologies currently in use, and/or other “like” systems
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
