Job Summary
A provider of cash management software for retailers to control shrink and reduce labor has an open position for a Telecommute Corporate Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Using and managing all external job postings
- Identifying external candidates for vacant positions
- Screening resumes and conducting all pre-screen interviews by phone
Qualifications for this position include:
- Five years experience as a recruiter
- Broad range of experience with recruiting multiple skill sets and job functions
- Must be self-motivated and a self-starter who works well under pressure
- Must be highly organized with demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage a high volume of requisitions
- Must be willing and able to work from home and be available to come to Balance Innovations office occasionally as needed
