Job Summary
A healthcare information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Corporate Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage recruiting process from requisition to first day of work
- Prescreen qualified applicants ensuring they are a fit for the team and the company culture, ultimately reducing turnover
- Post open positions in applicant tracking software and external websites
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years recruiting experience for a high-volume organization, agency, or executive search firm
- 1+ year in a corporate recruiting role
- Willingness to use cold or warm calling methods to recruit or research potential applicants
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and human resource information systems (HRIS)
- Familiar with social media applications, tools and best practices
- Excellent analytical skills to track metrics and interpret data for strategic recruiting campaigns
