Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Participate in full life cycle recruiting
• Manage temp hires and conversions
• Partner with hiring managers and determine sourcing strategies to attract top talent

Required Skills:

• BA or BS Bachelor's degree required or HR certificate
• Proven experience sourcing and filling hard to fill technical and corporate positions
• Proficient in using ATS systems
• Experience with team interview scheduling
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience running and managing onboarding tasks
