A financial services company is seeking a Remote Corporate Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including identifying, sourcing, and engaging candidates through innovative recruitment tactics
- Source, recruit and hire professionals across a wide range of roles while managing process from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Create comprehensive sourcing and recruitment strategies while leveraging internal resources in order to hire top tier talent
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1+ years of recruiting experience
- Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates
- Analytical and metrics-oriented: Demonstrated ability to drive business and behavioral changes with data
- Ability to pivot and quickly adapt to changing business needs and priorities
- Effective negotiator, able to bring parties to a consensus through mediation and counsel
