Job Summary
A telecom company is in need of a Remote Corporate Sales Recruiter.
Must be able to:
- Develop and maintain a partnership with hiring managers
- Consult with managers regarding recruitment practices
- Partner with managers to update job descriptions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher OR 4+ years professional work experience
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes
- Knowledge of, and demonstrated ability to utilize, multiple recruiting sources
- Demonstrated sourcing, networking, screening and selection skills
- Must have knowledge of up-to-date Human Resource policies
