Job Summary

A renewable energy corporation is filling a position for a Remote Corporate Transaction Counsel.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Leading drafting and negotiating of commercial contracts/agreements
Serving as both legal counsel and business partner to internal teams
providing insight and creative solutions on various business and legal matters

Skills and Requirements Include:

J.D. from a U.S. ABA-accredited law school; At least 5- 7 years of professional legal experience
Can provide support to senior leadership for capital raise and investment activities
Provide sound coordination and judgment about engaging and managing outside legal counsel as needed
Will manage the company's corporate and subsidiary structures at the direction of GC
Experience in or healthy familiarity with transactions in and applicable regulations for the environmental commodities
Advanced leadership skills to develop and implement new policies and procedures
