Job Summary
An education company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Counselor Technician.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the non-instructional lifecycle of a caseload of approximately 200-250 students
- Overseeing the entire onboarding process for assigned students
- Building functional student schedules
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel as needed, up to 10% of the time
- Associates in an educational field and 1 year of related experience or equivalent combination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities
