Job Summary

A university is in need of a Remote Course Maintenance Assistant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Assisting team in meeting service level agreements, ticket goals, and other team efforts
Updating, maintaining, and troubleshooting course content by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
Providing effective and friendly customer support

Required Skills:

Ability to manage assigned project tasks and timelines
Must maintain integrity and confidentiality of proprietary information
