Job Summary
An independent, not-for-profit health benefits organization is in need of a Remote Coverage Review Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting in the design, development and documentation processes
- Hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating performance of the respective professional
- Maintaining proper workflow while meeting regulatory guidelines for timeliness
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Option for remote work with this position
- 5 years’ experience in managed care pharmacy and/or retail pharmacy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Work, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Knowledge of Medical terminology
- Understanding of health care, PBM, and pharmaceutical industries
- Solid analytic skills with ability to understand and interpret data
