Job Summary

A provider of business and tech services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote CPhT Certified Pharmacy Technician.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound patient calls using audio/video technology
• Seek assistance with escalated issues
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

Required Skills:

• Hold an Active Pharmacy Technician License through the AZ State Board of Pharmacy
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of front-line call center experience
• Healthcare background experience
• Ability to learn quickly, retain information & appropriately apply the knowledge
