Job Summary
A research organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote CRA Associate Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Facilitate high group engagement metrics (through Gallup and other means) for CRA staff
- Communicate corporate goals to the CRA group and models corporate culture through vision, action, and learning
- Coordinate the activities of the CRA service group in consultation with CRA director
Position Requirements Include:
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with sound business judgment
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
- Possess high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently to drive projects to completion
- Excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills are necessary
- Highly motivated, results driven with unyielding predisposition to detail, accuracy and clarity
- Strong organizational and project management skills
