Job Summary

A venture-backed software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Creative Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Supporting the overall efforts of the creative team by delivering innovative projects
• Guiding a team of multidisciplinary creatives
• Driving adoption, and inspiring expansion of the creative toolkit

Required Skills:

• Can guide the teams with UI/UX decisions as well as the expressive design challenges
• Experience in directing high-functioning multi-disciplinary teams of writers, leads, and graphic designers
• Can design frameworks to help us find opportunities, brainstorm, and illustrate concepts
• Experience in managing design operations and processes effectively
• Hold great awareness of the creative marketplace trends and innovation
• Proven experience in hiring, managing, and leading design teams
