Job Summary
A social media company is in need of a Remote Creative X Program Management Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading with vision in working with Program Management team, Creative X leadership, Marketing leadership, and Product leadership across multiple marketing verticals
- Guiding Program Managers in building and optimizing systems, tools, and standards to improve in-product marketing creative quality and effectiveness
- Influencing marketing plans and product roadmaps, with a lens on how we might leverage our product surfaces for our family of brands
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to plan and lead team architecture, oversight of successful campaigns and provide thought leadership in establishing, implementing, and improving creative process
- Experience partnering with product teams, managing multiple large accounts in a global agency or creative and marketing operations experience in-house with a global brand
- Ability to be a builder who can frame ambiguous problems and projects into outcomes within a fast-paced environment
- BA/BS degree
- 15+ years experience working in a digital product marketing company, production studio, creative agency, tech company and/or design consultancy
- Marketing account management/program management and operations experience with oversight of multiple businesses and/or accounts
